Competencies are compound of knowledge, skills, attitudes, experiences, personality traits, motivation and behaviors that lead to difference between over performers and average/underperforming employees. Essence of competencies model implementation is that instead of individual personal characteristics, which could be measured and observed only by professionals such as psychologist or psychiatrist, managers will also (with certain training) be able to assess complex individual characteristics which determine their working behavior. We offer adjustment of existing competencies models or development of the completely new model in accordance to your organization's needs. Employee Development Our approach is that all employees in the company, regardless of hierarchical level, must be introduced with possibilities of internal career development. Those employees who over perform during longer period of time and show high level achievement of competencies standards, we consider to be talents or key players (depending on years of experience, whether is their potential completely fulfilled or not and on which job positions are they working). In order to keep those key players, to develop talents and retain them, special care should be provided to employee development system. We are offering systematic framework for career development for the whole company: definition and implementation of processes, rules and activities for recognition of key positions, key players and talents. Set of implementation rules for talents management and retention are also part of our offer (each of the retention processes starts with employment/termination analysis in order to determine is there fluctuation problem and where in organization exactly, because some there is some level of fluctuation considered positive in each company) as well as succession planning process.
