In order to achieve development changes, we use different methods and techniques like role-plays, working in pairs and groups, simulations of real situations, presentations, discussions etc. It makes our trainings more dynamic and encouraging for participants to exchange their experiences with examples of successful and less successful situations and to learn from each other. When creating our programs, we take maximal care of core competencies that client-company wants to develop among their employees. Each of those competencies should be incorporated in the program on both the content and the process level. |
